3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
  • Products that have been damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

5. Return Process

  4. Ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

If the product is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund amount will include the original purchase price and standard delivery costs (if applicable).
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
